About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Lead Teacher to head our Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) - a dedicated space designed to support pupils with complex SEND needs, including communication and SEMH challenges. This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for SEND and Inclusion, committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for every child.As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead a provision that combines tailored learning with inclusion in mainstream settings, ensuring pupils thrive in a safe, nurturing environment.
What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, adaptive teaching for pupils with SEMH and complex SEND needs.
  • Lead and inspire a team towards outstanding practice.
  • Design and implement a tailored curriculum aligned with EHCPs and the National Curriculum.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and external agencies.
  • Promote inclusive strategies and dynamic learning techniques to unlock every child's potential.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven ability to teach pupils with SEMH needs using engaging, creative approaches.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage staff and drive excellence.
  • Reflective, solution-focused mindset with initiative to overcome challenges.
  • Experience in Early Years or Primary settings, with transferable skills for SEND.
  • Ability to adapt learning for cognition and communication needs.
