Field-Based | Full-time | Competitive Salary

Are you an organised, proactive and detail-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced project environment? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of a range of projects — from simple activities to complex programmes.

About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our Project Management team to plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for coordinating schedules, resources, and documentation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include scheduling, liaising with clients, analysing progress, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication across teams. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping everyone aligned, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Liaise with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
  • Break projects down into actionable steps and set clear timeframes
  • Assign tasks and assist with schedule management
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and expenditure
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and escalate issues where needed
  • Support procurement and ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of project management principles from conception to delivery
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and other MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance methods
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus but not essential

Why Join Us
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, problem-solving, and professional growth. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across diverse projects and make a visible impact from day one.

Location: Field-based
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

If you’re passionate about keeping projects on track and enjoy seeing great ideas come to life, we’d love to hear from you.

At SSP, we value diversity and are committed to building a team that reflects a variety of skills, talents, and backgrounds.
