Responsibilities and Duties
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming communications, through telephone and email.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using MS programs ( word, excel and email)
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred
-Planning engineers days using google maps .
-working with stock deliveries and distribution to customers and engineers, using couriers or Royal Mail.
We are hoping to recruit locally, within a 10 mile radius of CV8 1NP
