We are looking for an experienced Workplace Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a high-performing workplace environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the workplace operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently while delivering an exceptional employee and visitor experience.​

You will lead teams across front-of-house, meeting room management, helpdesk, mailroom, and general workplace operations, ensuring all services are delivered with professionalism and consistency.

Job Description

Working closely with internal stakeholders, service partners, and operational teams, you will handle escalations, manage service delivery, and ensure that workplace standards, compliance requirements, and service expectations are consistently met.

​Your leadership, organisational skills, and ability to create a calm, customer-focused environment will be key to cultivating a workplace experience that reflects our high standards and supports business success.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee seamless day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring all services run smoothly and efficiently.

Lead front-of-house, meeting room services, helpdesk, mailroom, and general workplace teams.

Manage service requests, issues, and escalations promptly, keeping stakeholders informed.

Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and legislative standards, maintaining accurate records and audit readiness.

Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, managing SLAs, performance, and contract delivery.

Coordinate workplace activities including space planning, moves & changes, rotas, reporting, and budgeting.

Work with senior leaders to enhance workplace experience and uphold operational excellence.

Promote a positive, customer-focused environment for employees, visitors, and partners.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proven experience in operational workplace management within a similar environment.

Strong people leadership skills with experience managing performance and building high-performing teams.

Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset, delivering a premium workplace experience.

Solid understanding of health & safety, compliance, audits, and workplace standards.

Experience managing vendors, suppliers, and service contracts.

Clear and confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

Effective problem-solver who remains calm, decisive, and solutions-driven during issues or escalations.

Highly organised, with strong planning skills across scheduling, reporting, budgeting, and workplace coordination.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
