Field Service Engineer
Your Purpose: Part a small expert team, as a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical service, equipment commissioning at customer sites, training, and conducting customer trials. You will work on different type of equipment: depositors, mixers, fillers…
Main Duties:
Unload, install, and take care of machinery setup at customer sites, ensuring safety and compliance.
Conduct trials both in-house and at customer sites. Conduct equipment commissioning.
Provide customer training to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
Perform preventative maintenance, field modifications, and support factory activities.
Produce progress reports.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Work in the factory manufacturing department as required : building and testing our equipment before shipping
Follow health & safety policies and ensure proper calibration of tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
Graduated or currently enrolled in a mechanical trade program.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical. Electrical knowledge would be appreciated.
Passionate about troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service.
Willingness to travel (at short notice) and work on customer sites both in the UK and Ireland 70% of the time. At least one night off per week. Valid Driving License.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
