We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Deputy Manager to help lead this exciting new service.

About the role
As Deputy Manager, you’ll support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of Red Gables, leading the team on duty and ensuring the home provides safe, nurturing, and personalised care for children accessing short breaks.
