• Position: Business Development Manager
• Employer: Fine Dining Indian Restaurant
• Location: Edinburgh
• Gross OTE salary package: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum + (incl.share of serv. chge +targeted bonus)
• Weekly working hours/days: 30 - 35 hours within 5 / 6 days

Your role involves developing and delivering strategies to grow the restaurants business. Key duties include identifying and securing new clients and contracts (Corporate, Catering, private dining), developing partnerships with local businesses and community organisations, managing marketing and promotional campaigns, including digital and social media, analysing market trend and competitor activity, preparing sales and performance reports and supporting management with initiatives to increase revenue and customer engagement.

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 5 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
