Summary
We are looking for a part time administrator to maintain the running of the office a busy Water Hygiene Company . The role is Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm ( with some flexibility) and you will be mainly based in our Alton Office but there is some scope for hybrid working.
Main Responsibilities
Organise and manage day-to-day administrative tasks and other office duties as requested by the Managing Director and Accounts Manager
Schedule and coordinate jobs, working closely with our clients, engineers , suppliers and sub contractors
Communicate clearly with engineers, and clients regarding job updates and requirements
Maintaining and updating the cloud based job management system
Process worksheets and certificates for invoicing
Support document gathering for audits and compliance checks
Answer incoming phone calls and provide general office support
Requirements
Experience of using Office 365 (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Strong time management and organisational skills
Be able to work without constant supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive and flexible team player
Experience of Sage would be advantageous but not essential
