Thermoseal Group is seeking Extrusion Technician Apprentices to join our fast-paced production team. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to learn machinery operation, production processes, and quality control in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will assist with the operation of production equipment, ensure safety, and maintain product quality while adhering to company standards.

As an apprentice, your key responsibilities will include:

Operating production equipment and monitoring processes to meet quality and output targets.
Performing quality checks and recording batch output in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assisting with basic maintenance and reporting faults or issues to the team leader.
Managing packaging, stock control, and warehouse operations.
Adhering to health and safety policies, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Mentoring new team members and working closely with the production team.

This role provides hands-on experience, training, and career development opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
