At Cressington Manor a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly creative and talented Nursery Room Leader with a passion for childcare and a drive for developing a team to join us at our amazing Nursery in Aigburth.

To apply, you should have...
• Ideally a Level 3 qualification in early years childcare, Level 2 will be accepted with appropriate experience. Qualification must be full and relevant.
• Experience of working within an early years setting and effectively managing, motivating and leading a team
• Experience of being a key worker or equivalent, making observations and maintaining individual learning journals.
• Proven knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework, children’s development and all aspects of child safeguarding.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions effectively.
• Willingness to undertake further training related to the role and proven commitment to developing your own skills and expertise
