The principals are a professional couple living in a four-storey townhouse close to Sloane Square, a well-connected and highly desirable neighbourhood renowned for its elegant architecture, boutiques, restaurants, and excellent transport links. The household is calm, well-organised, and pet-friendly, with two well-behaved dogs (an Australian Shepherd and a Maltipoo).
Working as a Housekeeper in this property offers a stable, consistent routine and a respectful working environment. The principals are seeking a reliable and experienced professional who can independently manage the home’s daily cleaning and laundry needs to a high standard. This is a traditional housekeeping role, ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining a tidy, organised, and well-presented residence. The family’s schedule is straightforward, and no cooking or childcare is required.
Working Days: 5 days per week (flexible)
Working Hours: 25 hours per week (5 hours per day)

Duties & Responsibilities of the Housekeeper:
Full housekeeping of a four-storey home
Daily cleaning: hoovering, dusting, mopping, and maintaining all rooms to a high standard
Complete linen care: changing bedsheets and towels, washing, ironing, and wardrobe organisation
Laundry management, including care for delicate items
Ensuring household supplies are well stocked and maintaining general organisation
Keeping bathrooms, kitchen, and frequently used living areas immaculate
Maintaining cleanliness in areas accessed by the family’s two dogs (no pet care required)
Upholding high standards of discretion, professionalism, and respect for the principals’ home
Minimum Requirements:
Three or more years of private Housekeeping experience
Two excellent, checkable references
Conversational level of English
Valid UK working permit
Strong housekeeping and laundry skills
Comfortable working in a home with dogs
