Administrator Opportunity
We are currently supporting one of our valued clients in their search for a professional and well-organised Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who takes pride in providing reliable administrative support and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality administrative support across the business
Managing incoming enquiries via telephone and email
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Assisting with scheduling, diary management, and meeting preparation
Providing general office support and completing ad-hoc tasks as required
Ideal Candidate:
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
