You will be working in a beautiful, medium-sized residential care home within Ripley that cares for the needs of Elderly residents living with various age-related illnesses such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing,
- Supporting the residents with their mobility (inc. the use of moving and handling equipment)
- Following individualised care plans
- Conducting domestic duties as required
- Promoting residents’ emotional and psychological wellbeing
- Encouraging independence and meaningful daily engagement

- Have referenceable work history
- Hold in-date mandatory training certificates (inc. moving and handling, safeguarding vulnerable adults and infection control)*
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate dated within the past 12 months or registered on the update service*
- Have a minimum of 3 months paid UK work experience working within a care setting.
If you do not have a valid DBS and/or training, do not worry as we can help you with this. We are happy to offer online training available at a subsidised fee and the certificates are yours to keep!

We have shifts available throughout the week, starting at 06:45 and working through until 14:30.
The rate of pay will be £12.50 per hour
