Summary
Early finishes without any weekend work available on a long term basis within the Alfreton area.
Working alongside an experienced team of 3 to 4 people you will be responsible for the safe loading and unloading of refuse trucks.
In your role as a Refuse Operative you will make collections of
• Residential and commercial garden waste
• Glass
• General waste
Due to the nature of the role, you can expect heavy lifting and extensive walking.
Experience is not necessary as all training will be provided, however applicants must have the following:-
• A great work ethic
• The ability to lift over 10kg
• Great customer service
• The ability to work well within a team
This position offers full time hours on an ongoing basis.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, starting at 05:45 and finishing around 14:00.
The hourly rate for a Refuse Operative is £12.21ph PAYE with 28 days holiday per rota.
After you complete probation, you should see a pay rise to £13.09
We do not offer Visa Sponsorships.
