Haughton Academy, part of The Education Village Academy Trust, is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified SENCO into the Leadership Team. We will also consider applications from those working towards their SENCO qualification. This is a vital position where you will significantly influence our students futures, helping to improve their opportunities in life and supporting success both academically and personally.

• A qualified SENCO, or working towards their qualification
• the commitment to supporting children to be the best that they can be
• the ability to lead, develop and inspire a team of staff
• the ability to support, challenge, and follow through excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills

• Ability to create a learning culture within the organisation which is recognised by staff, pupils and parents.
