Summary

PA to Principalship

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Personal Assistant (PA) to work within the Newcastle College Principalship Team, in very busy office environment.

In this role you will be required to support the Deputy and Assistant Principals with their diaries which have regularly changing priorities, therefore, excellent organisational and time management skills are essential to hit deadlines.

Good communication is key, along with being able to prioritise your workload and support across a small administration team. The successful candidate will work in a stimulating environment, working closely with the Principal and his Team, so will need to be a team player and must always maintain confidentiality.

At least 2 years administration experience is preferred, supporting Senior Management and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and educated to minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a related discipline.
