Summary
Truro and Penwith College are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Examinations Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the operational processes for internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with College and awarding body regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the organisation and administration of exams, including GCSEs, A-Levels, vocational and professional qualifications.
• Maintain accurate records of exam entries, results, and certificates.
• Liaise with staff and invigilators to support students during exams.
• Ensure secure handling and distribution of exam papers and materials.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and report preparation.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in an administrative or office-based role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures.
• Previous experience in education or exams support is desirable.
