Summary

Production / Machine Operatives - Immediate Start

Bridgwater (Town Centre) | £12.21 per hour | Mon-Thu 8am-4.30pm, Fri 8am-1pm | Temporary (Overtime available) | Immediate Start | Join a market-leading company supporting Formula 1 and aerospace manufacturing.

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production / Machine Operatives to join a company specialising in high-precision components for Formula 1 race teams and the aerospace industry. This role offers excellent working hours, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for long-term career progression.

Key Duties

  • Operate machinery safely and efficiently.

  • Use various hand tools as required.

  • Perform trimming, shot blasting, and bond mixing.

  • Support different departments as required.

  • Follow strict health and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in machine operating is beneficial but not essential.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team.

  • Willingness to learn and develop skills (full training provided).

  • Flexible and able to move into other departments as required.

What We Offer

  • Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-1pm (no weekends).
