Warehouse Operative (Part-Time)
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Newport. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process.
Our client is a leading distributor of plumbing and gas parts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business in a hands-on role with long-term potential.
Your role as a Warehouse Operative
- Picking orders using manual pick sheets
- Handballing items weighing between 15-25kg
- Performing quality control checks
- Booking items in and out of the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Requirements
- English literacy and good communication skills
- Strong understanding of basic mathematics (counting, division, multiplication)
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable and punctual
- Available to work part-time weekday shifts
Pay & Shifts
- £12.42 per hour
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 12:30 (30-minute unpaid break)
