Part-Time HLTA - Secondary PRU | Oldham | £15-20 per hour | Mornings Only

Are you an experienced HLTA with strong behaviour management skills looking for a flexible, rewarding role?
A Secondary PRU in Oldham is seeking a confident and resilient HLTA to join their team Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday mornings (4 hours per day). This role is ongoing and likely to run the earliest until the end of term.

Role Details

  • Location: Secondary PRU, Oldham (main Broadbent Road site)

  • Schedule: Mon-Wed, mornings only

  • Hours: 4 hours per day

  • Pay: £15-20 per hour

  • Start: ASAP

  • Duration: For the foreseeable future, likely until end of term

What We're Looking For

  • HLTA qualified or strong TA with HLTA-level experience

  • Excellent behaviour management and de-escalation skills

  • Confidence working with SEMH and challenging behaviour

  • Reliability, resilience, and a calm, supportive approach
