Are you a Level 2 or 3 Practitioner looking for a permanent role in a supportive setting? We are recruiting an Early Years Assistant to join a warm and professional nursery team. Role Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning and delivery of learning opportunities aligned with the EYFS
- Building strong relationships with key children and their families
- Recording observations and contributing to assessments
- Assisting with personal care routines, hygiene and mealtimes
- Encouraging children's curiosity, confidence and social development
- Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards
Experience & Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 early years qualification
- Experience supporting children aged 0-5
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain
- A warm, patient and positive attitude
- Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS
