Summary
Job Title: Associate Director/Technical Director - Building Performance Modelling Lead
Location: Bristol
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage building performance modelling projects
- Conduct Part L compliance assessments and TM52, TM59 overheating evaluations.
- Perform TM54 operational energy assessments and develop energy strategies.
- Drive initiatives for Net Zero and Low Carbon Design.
- Support bid preparation
- Knowledge of green building standards such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL, FITWELL, Ect.
- Team Management and mentoring
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in engineering, environmental, architectural, or sustainability disciplines.
- Membership in a related professional institution
- Certification as a Low Carbon Energy Assessor (LCEA)
- NABERS assessor
- Must be able to obtain UK Security Check (SC) vetting level
