Summary
1. To contribute to high-quality teaching at undergraduate level and postgraduate, to include designing and developing innovative learning materials and assessments, including module leadership in Occupational Therapy, to assess, mark and moderate module assessments. 2. To participate in curriculum development work, including planning, development and evaluation of courses. 3. To contribute to the assessment process for students including the setting, supervision, marking and moderation of student work, individually or collectively as part of a module team in accordance with quality assurance procedures. 4. Assess the quality of learning environments and propose interventions for improvement, including maintaining records, writing evaluation reports and monitoring quality. 5. To support Occupational Therapy students academic progression as a Personal Academic Tutor, module leader including maintaining records, for a group and/or individual students as required in order to support students. 6. To undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the Head of Department or nominee. 7. To carry out academic administrative work and participate in relevant committees within the School, College and University. 8. To participate in recruitment and selection activities. 9. Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job; participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support staff in their development and training. 10. Take steps to ensure and enhance personal health, safety, and well-being and that of other staff and students. 11.
