Summary

Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the PCN manager and Health Inequalities Lead Coordinator. Assist in organizing and preparing meetings, including minute-taking, scheduling, and distribution of materials. Maintain up-to-date records and databases for the PCN, including training records, extended access and Saturday rotas and associated recording on EMIS and PACO, and organise regular and occasional Team and associated meetings. Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely receipt and recording of strategic returns data. Maintain PCN registers e.g. assets and databases e.g. distribution lists related to the PCN services. Generate reports and analyze data to support decision-making and performance monitoring. Communication: Act as a point of contact for PCN staff and external stakeholders. Manage internal communications within the network, under the direction of the PCN Manager, and ensure timely dissemination and collation of information. Manage the PCN website. Liaise with other healthcare providers, local authorities, and organizations as required. Project Support: Assist with the planning and implementation of PCN inequalities initiatives and projects. Support the coordination of services and events, such as clinics or patient outreach events. Support the PCN Manager with the tracking of project progress and ensure deadlines and targets are met.
