This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Redditch manufacturer who are investing heavily in new equipment — including a robotic MIG welder you’ll be fully trained to operate.

⭐ The Role

You’ll be involved in a variety of welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding, working on dies and clip tools, and heat-treating tooling. You’ll also be trained to operate a dedicated robotic MIG welding cell.

Key Duties

• MIG, TIG & ARC welding

  
  

• Working with dies & clip tools

  
  

• Heat treatment of dies

  
  

• Operating robotic welding equipment (full training provided)

  
  

• Working to high quality and safety standards

  
  ⏱️ Hours – 9-Day Fortnight

  Week 1:
  06:00-14:00 - Monday - Friday

  Week 2:
  • Mon–Thurs: 14:00-24:00
  • Fri: OFF!

  ✔ Tea break at 09:25
  ✔ On-site smoking areas
