Summary
An established and well-regarded nursing home in a tranquil Cheshire village is seeking a passionate, clinically strong Nurse to step into a Clinical Nurse Manager position.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead or Unit Manager who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will lead and support the clinical team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care while ensuring robust clinical governance, effective audits, and high-quality care planning.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager and wider multidisciplinary teams, helping to develop staff through coaching, supervision and training.
The role also includes building strong relationships with residents, families and professionals, ensuring that clinical excellence sits at the heart of the service.
This is a permanent role for a Clinical Manager, 40h per week.
Person Specification:
• NMC-registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
• Proven experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality assurance
