ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you an experienced and passionate hospitality professional ready to take the next step in your career? LED Community Leisure
is seeking a dynamic Unit Manager to oversee our Coastline & Cove Café and Cove Pod hospitality outlets, located at the heart of
Exeter Airport. This is your chance to play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving commercial
growth, and supporting the wellbeing of our local community.
About the Role:
You’ll oversee daily operations, lead and develop your team, ensure compliance and safety, and take ownership of commercial
performance. You’ll play a key part in enhancing passenger experiences and supporting community wellbeing.

We expect you to bring proven leadership in hospitality, a commitment to delivering high standards, and a genuine passion for
customer care. You’ll motivate and develop your team, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and drive commercial success

You have proven experience managing a busy F&B outlet, strong leadership and people skills, and a passion for hospitality
excellence.
