Summary
R J White Garden Services Ltd is the one-stop shop for garden services in the Thames Valley. Based in Henley-on-Thames and working within the surrounding area. We are a small firm which prides ourselves on customer satisfaction and workmanship. We are looking for a motivated, energetic and highly practical individual to join our team to continue to make gardens and all green spaces look fantastic for our brilliant customers.
Salary negotiable within range and based on experience and/or progression. 37.5hrs F/T contract.

Responsibilities
Work as part of a gardening team either on maintenance or project work
Install and maintain seasonal plants, shrubs and trees
Support the team with garden projects including soft and hard landscaping
Customer engagement during time-on-site
Deliver a quality service to our customers
Requirements
Experience essential, (at least 2 years) ability to learn, be willing to participate in ongoing training
Must demonstrate a real passion and interest in horticulture and gardening
Enjoy working with a small friendly team
Happy to work outdoors in all seasons
A highly practical person that can solve problems on the go
Good customer relationship skills and verbal communication
Attention to detail and time management skills
Driving licence is essential
