Shifts: 3pm – 11pm, 10am – 11pm, 10am – 6pm + sleep ins (approx. 1 per week). 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for the
young people in our 5-bed home in Farnborough. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day
running of children’s home, playing a key role in ensuring all young people are provided with excellent standards of
individualised care. You will work with openness and compassion and be a positive role model to our young people and staff team.

past traumas behind, build healthy relationships and lead responsible and rewarding adult lives.
To be a successful Deputy Home Manager, you will have:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent e.g. Social Work Degree)
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or a commitment to achieve this qualification)
* Previous experience working with children and young people in residential settings
* Experience in a senior role/deputy position with managerial responsibilities
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed care
