Job Purpose: The Maintenance Officer will support the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and customer focused property maintenance and improvement service across the Highland wide area. The role contributes to the effective management of the Council’s housing stock through inspection appraisals, property condition surveys, and the coordination of both reactive and planned maintenance within delegated budgets while considering the relevant asset management objectives.

Requirements

  • Educated to HNC level or appropriate qualification and experience relevant to the functions of the post.
  • Experience of working within a housing / construction service environment.
  • Have access to personal transport or be able to travel to meet the requirements of the post
