Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily clinic operations, staff supervision, rota planning, and appointment scheduling to optimise efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with CQC and UK healthcare regulations; lead audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
Patient Care & Safety: Maintain high safety standards, review treatment procedures for evidence-based practice, and handle patient feedback/complaints.
Financial & Resource Management: Manage budgets, procurement, expenditure, and supplier negotiations.
Staff Development & Training: Coordinate training programmes, support professional development, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Business Development & Strategy: Support growth initiatives, patient acquisition/retention, analyse demographics, and build external partnerships.
Data Management & IT Systems: Ensure GDPR compliance, manage electronic patient records, and produce reports for stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven track record as a healthcare practice manager, clinic manager, or equivalent senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including CQC compliance and patient safety frameworks.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a clinical setting.
Financial management and budget oversight.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organisational and leadership capabilities.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in the medical aesthetics industry.
Background in dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or private healthcare management.
Knowledge of international best practices in aesthetic healthcare.
Fluency in additional languages for international patient support.
