Summary
Permanent – 36.25 Hours – Full Time
Community Guardians will have designated contractual overtime attached to their post which must be fulfilled
The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week- Night shift may be required for this role.
RBH currently have an opportunity for an Community Guardian to join our Neighbourhoods Team.
What you will be doing:
Being visible and present in our RBH Communities and providing assurance to tenants and residents of our ongoing commitments to the communities we manage
Deliver a 24/7 concierge service by carrying out regular checks throughout the night
Assist the Neighbourhood Team within visits where two is necessary
Act as a professional witness in certain cases where there are community tensions or anti-social behaviour with the use of body worn equipment

Who are we looking for?
Full UK Driving Licence
SIA CCTV Licence
To be able to work with colleagues and partners to promote the safety and well-being of tenants and residents, in particular those those are vulnerable or socially isolated.
Review recorded CCTV on request from in house and external partners with the correct authority.
Rectify or report any issues which arise overnight; ensuring that the safety of tenants, residents and homes are prioritised.
Drive RBH Vehicles, if appropriate, throughout the borough to check on ASB and community issues and report back to relevant teams in a timely manner.
