Summary
We have an opportunity for a Passenger Assistant/ Midday Support Worker based in Canvey/Basildon/Benfleet Essex, to escort Young Adults with additional needs/ challenging behaviours whilst on our mini buses to our centres in Westcliff, Southend & Benfleet.
You will be responsible for securing young adults on the bus including clamping wheelchairs, and managing the behaviour of the young adults during the journeys.
Good English communication skills essential.
You will ideally have experience of working with people with addition needs/ challenging behaviours. You must be friendly and flexible. IT skills are desirable.
Training will be provided.
This is a part time position Monday to Friday. Mornings and Afternoons.
Employment subject to Enhanced DBS check and 2 references.
