Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and talented Breakfast Chef to join our accomplished kitchen team at Samuel’s. As a Breakfast Chef, you
will be responsible for preparing and delivering a variety of high-quality breakfast dishes, ensuring an outstanding start to the
day for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Breakfast Service: Prepare and cook breakfast items to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and exceptional
presentation.
* Menu Adherence: Execute the breakfast menu crafted by our culinary team, incorporating fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
* Time Management: Work efficiently to ensure the timely service of breakfast dishes, maintaining a calm and organized kitchen
environment.
* Hygiene Standards: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
* Stock Control: Manage inventory for breakfast service, ensuring ingredients are available and minimizing waste.
* Collaboration: Coordinate with the wider kitchen team to ensure a smooth transition to later dining services.




What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
* Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently during morning shifts.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional dishes.
* A team-oriented attitude and positive approach to work.
