Summary

The Estates Department at South Staffordshire College require a full time Sites Assistant at our Cannock campus.

Main duties will include:
• Ensuring the prompt opening and securing of premises, together with out of hours attendance to alarm activations or emergencies.
• Participating in minor improvement works, reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Carrying out porter-age tasks

The successful applicant will have general experience of maintenance work, be able to work well as part of a team and be effective at problem solving.
