Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in Newport!

Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day running of care services within the home
Assist in the supervision and development of care staff
Administer medication and ensure accurate record-keeping
Deliver personal care and support residents with dignity and respect
Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other team members
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality care
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant is essential
A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative
A caring, patient, and reliable nature
