Summary
Care and Support Worker – Swansea
We are currently recruiting reliable and compassionate Care and Support Workers to join our agency team in Swansea. This role involves supporting adults in residential, supported living, and community settings, helping them maintain independence and achieve a high quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting where required
Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans and training
Support clients with community activities, appointments, and shopping
Build positive relationships and promote emotional wellbeing
Maintain accurate care notes, incident reports, and daily records
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months UK care experience (essential)
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
Reliability and commitment to high-quality care
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
Relevant training or willingness to undertake training
