Summary
Care and Support worker - Pembroke
We are a dedicated recruitment agency looking for caring and committed care and support workers to join our growing team in Pembroke!
Your day-to-day duties may include:
Personal Care: Support with hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
Daily Living: Help with cooking, cleaning, and laundry to maintain a safe home.
Medication: Administer or prompt medication according to care plans.
Community Access: Accompany clients to activities, appointments, and shopping.
Relationships: Build trust, offer companionship, and support emotional wellbeing.
Documentation: Maintain accurate daily notes, incidents, and health records.
Requirements:
6 months UK based experience in a care or support role
A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A valid UK driving licence is an advantage
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
