What We’re Looking For
- Nurse-qualified (RGN or RMN) with active NMC pin
- Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager within a large nursing home
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Management qualification highly desirable (e.g., Level 5 Health & Social Care Management, Manager’s Award)
- Solid understanding of CQC requirements and evidence of achieving good outcomes
