Mother’s Help/Housekeeper/Au Pair/Nanny
Care and support for a busy family.
Located in Redruth, Cornwall
*LIVE-IN option available for the right person* Accommodation included!
Open to everyone to apply, but also suitable for:
● An existing self-employed or employed person to fit around existing commitments.
● Someone who can fit this around their studies.
● Someone looking for some work experience to be an Au Pair.
● Someone who is looking to get back into work, with a low number of hours.
● Someone who is in receipt of benefits. For example, someone in receipt of Employment Support Allowance (ESA) can earn up to £183.50 a week before their benefits are affected and likewise, someone who is in receipt of Carer’s Allowance, can earn up to £151.
● An economic migrant who is here on a VISA, who would like to exercise their right to work extra hours in a second job, alongside their sponsor job.
Support required:
Help required managing a young family and household including:
● Occupying children so that Mum can retain independence and get dressed and manage the household
● Help to prepare, serve and clear breakfast
● Organise shopping and deliveries
● Folding and tidying clean laundry
● Housework/cleaning
● Lifting and carrying children to the car/in the pram, ready for outings
Working schedule:
Monday - Friday 7am - getting breakfast ready and children dressed, bags packed for school, serving breakfast. Morning activity for the children, and helping load children into parent’s car, housekeeping, cleaning, chores and tidying, laundry, dusting, vacuuming, finishing 11am
More hours available, for the right person

Essential:
● Valid DBS (family is willing to arrange and fund the costs of this)
● Public Liability Insurance (family is willing to arrange and fund the costs of this)
● Dog lover – small family dog within the home
● Pro active and willing to fit in with the family’s needs
● Knowledge of mental health support
● Competent in housework/cleaning
● Eagerness to support a family with young children
Offers will be subject to video/in person interview and referencing.
