We are now looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday – Friday, 7.30 am – 4.30 pm. This is a hybrid role with at least three days per week in our Reading office.

The Role

As our Content Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in developing high-quality content that supports marketing activity across all channels.

Specifically, you’ll research, write and deliver content that positions the business as a thought leader, educates the market, raises brand awareness and drives lead generation.

Producing engaging social media, blog and PR content that inspires our audiences and reflects our innovative approach, you’ll be our go-to expert in communications, ensuring they are consistent, creative and aligned with business goals.

Additionally, you'll create compelling case studies, campaign materials and digital storytelling pieces, owning our content strategy and building a confident, authentic voice for the brand.

About You

To be considered as a Content Marketing Manager, you will need:

- At least five years’ experience in content creation across multiple channels
- Experience managing customer communications and media partners
- A journalistic approach to research and content gathering
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and proofreading ability
- Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
- A team-player mentality with a proactive, “let’s get it done” attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with LinkedIn (organic and paid)

Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.
