Summary

Job Description

This is a part-time post the salary will be pro-rata'd to the hours worked.

This post is fixed term until 31/01/2027.

For some people, the living tasks which many of us take for granted can become very difficult. That's why our Care at Home Team is so important. We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Care at Home Admin Team. The successful candidate will provide high quality admin support using various Microsoft packages and our online scheduling system, while delivering a comprehensive customer focused service to our service-users, carers and health-care professionals. This post is offered for an initial 6-month period in the first instance.

Requirements

This post is considered a Regulated Role with Children Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details of this scheme can be found here.

Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
