Summary

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver personalized learning plans based on the student's interests, abilities, and goals.

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience supporting children or young people with complex or additional needs (e.g. , autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, sensory impairments, medical needs).

Strong understanding of differentiated instruction and individualised education plans (IEPs).

Desirable Qualifications

Teaching or tutoring qualification (QTS, SENCo, or equivalent).

Training or certification in special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), speech and language strategies, or positive behaviour support.
