Summary

Our client, a respected early years education provider in Clapham Junction, Greater London, is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-time Early Years Practitioner to join their vibrant Toddler Room team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a nurturing environment, fostering the growth and development of young children aged between 18 months and 3 years.

The ideal candidate should possess a genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education. They should hold a relevant qualification in early years education, such as an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Our client is also open to candidates with higher qualifications, such as Level 5 or Early Years Teacher status, and is willing to support ongoing training and upskilling opportunities.

As a Full-time Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced practitioners to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and learn through play.

Our client offers a competitive salary of £14.00 per hour, with the potential to earn £26,208 per annum for a 36-hour week or £29,120 per annum for a 40-hour week. The role offers flexibility in working hours, depending on the candidate's preference:
- 36 hours over 4 days, 8:00 to 6:00
- 40 hours over 5 days, 8:00 to 5:00 or 9:00 to 6:00
