Summary

Our client, a reputable early years education provider in Brixton Hill, Greater London, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-time Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification to join their vibrant team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children, fostering their growth and development in a nurturing environment.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to create engaging and stimulating learning experiences that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The position offers competitive compensation, with a salary of £13.08 per hour. Depending on your preferred working hours, you can expect to earn £21,765.12 per annum for a 36-hour week or £27,208 per annum for a 40-hour week. Our client values work-life balance and offers flexible working hours to suit your needs. You can choose from the following options:
- 36 hours over 4 days, 8:00 to 6:00
- 40 hours over 5 days, 8:00 to 5:00 or 9:00 to 6:00
