Summary
We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive well-established Independent Garage, who are currently recruiting for a Trainee Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Reading area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:

- Monday To Friday 7.30am - 5pm ONLY
- No Weekends!

Requirements:
- Passion for automotive industry
- Full UK Driving Licence
- The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
- Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
- An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
Duties of role:
- Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
- Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
- Update Customers and Vehicle Records
- Prepare and complete Invoices
- Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
