We’re looking for a proactive, organised and approachable People and Culture Advisor to join our team. This is a brilliant
opportunity to make a real difference behind the scenes—supporting staff, championing wellbeing, and helping Nottingham Playhouse
continue to be a place where people love to work.




✨ What you’ll be doing:

* Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff development
* Managing HR systems and keeping things running smoothly
* Being a friendly first point of contact for staff queries
* Helping deliver wellbeing initiatives, training and internal communications
* Providing admin support to senior managers and contributing to company-wide projects




Salary: £28,000 per annum
Location: Nottingham Playhouse
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
