Your Role
You will support the daily running of nursery rooms, helping children explore their interests and build early learning skills. You will work alongside qualified practitioners and room leaders, contributing to a warm, stimulating and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing learning environments and resources
- Engaging children in purposeful play and planned activities
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support
- Supporting personal care, toileting, and hygiene routines
- Recording observations and supporting children's progress
- Ensuring safeguarding policies are consistently upheld
