Summary

Exciting new opportunity available in Warrington!!

We're looking for an experienced Aftersales Support Specialist to join a busy customer service team. You'll handle escalations, resolve complex complaints, and support customers across multiple channels - ensuring every consumer receives a first-class experience.

Duties:

  • Manage and resolve high-level customer complaints
  • Complete root cause analysis and provide detailed reporting
  • Support customers across phone, email, social media, webchat, and online review platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service
  • Process and support home delivery orders and queries
  • Identify improvements to drive customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year call centre experience
  • Strong background in customer service and complaint handling
  • Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyse data and spot improvement opportunities
  • Strong IT skills
  • Great communication, organisational and stakeholder-management skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Pay Rate:

£13.08 per hour

Contract Types Available:

  • 3-month temporary contract
  • Temp-to-perm opportunity
