Remarkable Jobs are recruiting on behalf of a leading smart-technology and installations provider.

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their team in High Wycombe. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on project delivery experience within a fast-paced technical environment. Working closely with senior project leaders, engineers, and field teams, the Junior Project Manager will support the coordination and delivery of installation projects across the UK.

This is a highly collaborative and structured role ideal for someone organised, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in project management, installations, and tech-led infrastructure.

Junior Project Manager Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the Projects & Surveying function in delivering installation projects from planning through to completion. You’ll assist with documentation, scheduling, communication, safety checks, and site coordination — gaining exposure to smart infrastructure installations and project lifecycle management.

Junior Project Manager Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the end-to-end delivery of installation projects across multiple UK sites.

  • Assisting with project documentation, including schedules, plans, and reports.

  • Organising meetings, resources, task lists, and project files.

  • Liaising with suppliers, engineers, contractors, and field teams.

  • Monitoring project progress and reporting to the Projects & Surveying Manager.

  • Supporting budget tracking and recording project spend.

  • Maintaining accurate site delivery paperwork and health & safety documentation.

  • Attending site visits to gain hands-on project delivery experience.

  • Escalating issues, delays, or risks to ensure smooth project progression.

    What They Are Looking For

    Essential:

    • Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach.

    • Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate between teams.

    • Interest in project management, engineering, or technical installations.

    • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Teams.

    • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and follow structured processes.

      Desirable:

      • Prior experience in a project support, coordination, or administrative role.

      • Health & Safety awareness (IOSH) or willingness to complete training.

      • Full UK driving licence (or working toward obtaining one).

        Key Attributes
        • Task-focused and highly organised.

        • Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

        • Strong attention to detail with good documentation habits.

        • Curious, motivated, and eager to develop new skills.

        • Able to follow processes confidently while growing independence.

If you’re ready to start your journey as a Junior Project Manager and build a long-term career in project delivery, we’d love to hear from you.
